Our commitments 
to sustainable development

Founding member of the "Demain la terre" association,
We have developed a program of 21 specific actions, which are classified in 7 operational items :

• To guarantee healthy and safe fruit and vegetables
• To preserve water resources
• To manage soil quality and sustainability
• To protect biodiversity and natural eco-systems
• To decrease fossil energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions
• To limit plastic consumption, to recycle waste
• To develop a more humane company and a society 

Example :
Action N°1 : Sampling and analysis to calculate and limit inputs and fertilizers to the strict needs of plants.
Results : On 44,280 pesticide residues researches made between 2005 and 2010, there is a complete absence of residues traces on 99.7% of the residues analysed.
On the 0.3% of traces detected, 98% are situated below half of the legal threshold residue level MLR (maximum limit of residues).

Other examples :

• National program for the preservation and reintroduction of bees : 5 hectares of fallow honey plants sown in April (17% of the whole areas of Gironde).
• Preservation of water resources through hydrometric measurements of soils. We calculate and limit water usage to the strict need of the vegetables
• Insects traps are used to anticipate and react with rational and targeted struggle and preserve biodiversity 
• Information is received by satellite stations to enable us to react quicker and more precisely on crops.
